Refund policy

• Opened or used products (including printed game components and glass accessories) are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping, except when the item arrived defective or incorrect.
